When will I receive my order?
It takes us between 2 and 5 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you.
We will ship. You will also need to take into account the shipping time, which depends on your location. For Europe: 3-7 business days.

Where is my order shipped from?
We work with an on-demand printing company with management centers spread all over the world!

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. These fees are beyond our control and are determined by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs authorities for clarification.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in
the shipping address.
● Ask about your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors if the delivery person left your package with them.

Pro tip: Prevent theft. If you won't be home on delivery day, use your
work address or where you will be.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at info@animol.es with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can resend your product, but you will have to cover the costs.

Pro tip: Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you
enter it correctly.

Orders

How are the products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper, who has centers in
Production and logistics are distributed worldwide. Your orders are printed and
sent from the center closest to the final address of the customers.

How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at info@animol.es

I received the wrong or a damaged product. What should I do?
We're sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, please email us at info@animol.es within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We'll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
